REFUND POLICY: WAXWORX

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, Due to the nature of our business all service sales are final. Services are nonrefundable, non negotiable, and non-exchangeable once received. 

1.General Information 

All products are also final sale. Return and/or exchange are not available unless the product received has a manufacturer error default, in that scenario case-by-case, we will issue a new product in exchange of damaged product. Note: Orders cannot be edited or canceled once checkout is complete. 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product - Manufacturer Error

Mix ups and mishaps happen, we understand, and we hope you do too. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product please contact info@wax-worx.com for our customer service team to help assist you with your order within 48 hours. In your email please include your name, order number (if applicable), item name, and the manufacturer issue with the product. 

3. Changes to this Policy

Wax Worx has the right to update its refund policy at any given time in order to best reflect our practices and any changes that may have incurred over time. If there are any changes, they will be updated on this page. If there are any significant changes to our policies, we will be sure to send you an email with prominent notice.
