This policy will further describe how we collect, use, and share information obtained when you utilize our services.  To clarify services include the utilization of the website, applications, emails, and any other medium that involves interaction with the business entity. - When you sign up for Wax Worx services, packages, appointments, and subscribers are all subject to retain certain personal information. Wax Worx receives and stores your personal information entered on the site or information given in person at the Wax Worx entity.  You have the right to choose not to provide certain information, however Wax Worx also has the right to refuse service due to nondisclosure of information. Wax Worx uses the information that you provide for purposes such as: customizing future services and products, responding to requests, email marketing, and communications. 

 

- Wax Worx shall not assume liability for any confidential information that may be shared with its employees by anyone who uses this feature. 

 

- If you encounter any inaccurate or inappropriate information that may have been obtained, stored, or disseminated through the use of our site and services, please contact Wax Worx Support immediately.

2. Information Sharing

Wax Worx does not share your personal information with any other third-party companies or individuals outside of Wax Worx entity unless in one of the following circumstances may occur:

Wax Worx in good faith may access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary a) to comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental request b) Investigation of potential violations thereof Terms of Use Agreement enforceable applicable provisions c) detect, prevent, or address fraudulent activity or event, security, or technical issues d) protect against imminent harm to rights, property, and safety of Wax Worx as required or permitted by law. 

  3. If Wax Worx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of any sort, Wax Worx will not transfer your personal information to a third party without proper notice and approval.

- As a valued guest here at Wax Worx, you have the right to access any of your personal information including the right to: update, correct, and delete personal information we have stored. 

 

- Due to the nature of our services and packages, for instance if an individual is still bound by contract for package payments may not request delete of personal information until all service and payments are fulfilled. 

 

- Please contact Wax Worx Support to process such requests for individual users. Wax Worx has the right to decline to process such requests that are unreasonably repetitive, systematic, disproportionate technical effort, affect other’s privacy, or otherwise impractical.

- Wax Worx has the right to update its privacy policy at any given time in order to best reflect our practices and any changes that may have incurred over time.
